I am unable to install the Keyspan driver on Mac OS X 10.13. There is a new feature in Mac OS X 10.13 that imposes a new level of security for the installation of 3rd party drivers. About half way through the Keyspan driver installation, the new OS puts up a prompt telling the user that they can’t proceed until they provide explicit permission. The only driver issues I’ve ever had with usb-serial adapters I’ve ever had were with MacOS. I think I got it narrowed down to the Prolific chipset in about 40% of them. That being said, the FTDI chipset is the most widely supported chipset in the world, is natively supported by all the OS’s I know of, and simply works.
